Solid Wood
The warmth and rich beauty of real wood is unequalled by any other material for worktops. The colour, grain and texture add elegance and ambience to the kitchen not to mention durability.
A mix of wood with stone or laminates in the heavy duty areas provides the ideal solution in a busy working kitchen.
Wood can be shaped and easily customised to suit your particular design. Worktop slabs are generously sized and large islands can avail of a full 1240mm width in many woods.
Stone
GRANITE is renowned for its durability & hardness. Created from cooling molten rock and compacted by the weight of the earth’s crust, Granite is one of the world’s hardest stones.
MARBLE’s beauty outweighs its durability. Created from the metamorphism of Limestone, Marble is a softer stone than granite and is more prone to scratching.
QUARTZ is more durable than granite, stain-resistant, heat-resistant and easy to maintain. Quartz, also known as “engineered stone,” is made by combining 93% quartz with resin and pigments in a process that binds the medium permanently.
Wide Wood

In response to the trend for a “wideplank” look rather than a traditional butcher block appearance, T&K Kitchen have launched the Widewood range of full plank worktops..
The tops are made from first grade American Oak, Iroko and Walnut. All are available in both standard worktop width and Island unit format.. The full plank construction accentuates the flow of the grain and offers a less contrived or engineered appearance than the normal solid wood worktops..
Laminate
Worktops designed with the luxurious look of stone and wood and the practicality of laminate at a fraction of the price.
The latest collections of 30mm and Premium 40mm worktops have been designed to capture all the visual drama of granite whilst avoiding the pattern repetition of conventional laminates. There are also wood and marble patterns ensuring that there is something to complement any kitchen.
Formica Laminate provides a hygienic surface and manufactured with a front edge seal they are water resistant, giving you performance as well as value in even the toughest kitchen environments.
Leading Edge
LEADING EDGE is a top quality collection of really stylish, practical state of the art laminate worktops manufactured in Ireland.
So what’s new?
- These 40mm worktops use the world’s leading edging by Dolkin.
- They have modern square edges with a 2mm ABS/PVC strip on all four edges
- The use of Pu Glue (polyurethane) on all edges ensures maximum protection from water spills and moisture.
- 670mm & 900mm widths are laminated BOTH sides making them ideal for Islands, Peninsulas and overhangs where the underside can be seen. In addition they can be used to ‘wrap’ units in place of end panels and give a lovely ‘chunky’ effect at a fraction of the price of timber slab or other composite materials.
- Upstands are made using an MDF Coreboard to match worktop lengths.
True Scale imitates real life. As an exact reproduction of a solid granite slab the pattern repeats every 2 metres as opposed to most granite effect laminates which repeat every 600 to 800mm. We have nine patterns available in True Scale

Quartz Made Simple
Max-Top Quartz offers the aesthetic benefits of a solid stone surface, but with the advantage of a deeper 40mm profile – a depth that is impractical with conventional fabrication.
Worktops can be fitted using normal techniques similar to those used in laminate installation.
Pre-finished worktops with undeniable strength and surprising lightness mean that installers and consumers get maximum benefits and minimum fuss.
- Fully factory finished face on all 4 edges

- The honeycomb core offers 100% moisture protection to a surface that’s light enough to be handled manually, but offers higher strength than other stone worktops.
